It’s easy to view your Bell bill. You can log in to your account on Bell’s website or through the MyBell app and access your bill in just a few seconds. Bell includes all of your account information in a single statement, called One Bill, leaving you with just one monthly payment.
Bell bill payment is just as simple. Bell provides numerous options for paying a bill, including online, through the MyBell app, through a bank, through the mail, and at a Bell store.

To access your Bell bill, you’ll need to register a MyBell account. After you’ve done that, you can view your Bell bill through MyBell online or through the My Bell app.
- View your bill online: Go to bell.ca and log in to your MyBell account. Click on “My bills and payments.” Your One Bill will be displayed, along with a record of all past bills.
- View your bill in the MyBell app: Open the MyBell app and log in to your account. Touch “Bills” on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. Your bill will then appear on the screen. If you’d like a copy of the bill for your records, you can tap “Download (PDF)” on the lefthand side of the screen.
Pay Your Bell Bill Online
Follow the steps below to pay your Bell bill online:
- Log in to MyBell on bell.ca.
- If you have one Mobility account, click “Make a payment.” If you have more than one Mobility account, click “View service details,” then click “Make a payment.”
- Enter the payment amount and your credit card information.
- Click “Next.”
- Review your payment information.
- Click “Submit.”
Pay via the MyBell App
If you have the MyBell app on your mobile device, paying your Bell bill is simple. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
- Open the MyBell app.
- Log in to your account.
- Tap “Pay now.”
- Enter the payment amount and tap “Continue.”
- Enter your credit card information and tap “Continue.”
- Review your payment information and tap “Submit.”
Pay Through Your Bank
You can also pay your Bell bill through your financial institution. Follow the steps below to see how you can pay your Bell bill with your bank account.
Pay through online banking
- Log in to MyBell.
- Select “Pay now.”
- Select your bank.
- You’ll then be redirected to your bank’s website to set up bill pay. You’ll need to use your 14-digit Customer Identification Number, sometimes called the account number, which can be found in the top-right corner of your bill.
Pay at your local branch
If you’d like to pay your Bell bill at the local branch of your bank, be sure to bring a hard copy of your bill. You can then pay by cash or cheque. Fees may apply, depending on your bank.
Pay by Mail
If you prefer to pay your bill by mail, you can send a cheque and your bill stub to Bell. There’s no processing fee, but you will have to wait up to 10 business days to see the payment reflected on your account.
