Target is the latest US MVNO, offering a Pre-Paid only cell service with unlimited talk and text on all plans, and data on its more expensive options.
To offer the service, Brightspot will piggyback on the T-Mobile 4G network.
Brightspot will keep it simple at the start, with just 3 plans on offer, a $35 talk and text only option, $50 to include 1GB 4G LTE data, and $65 for 4GB data.

The data on offer is at 4G speeds (with a compatible handset) until the monthly limit is reached, after which the speed is throttled to 2G speeds.
Customers can also pay an extra $5 per month to include an international texting option to their plans, or $10 per month for overseas calling and texting.
Target will also leverage its existing business by offering Brightspot customers a $25 Target gift card for every 6-months they remain on the Brightspot network. Target REDcard credit card customers also get 5% off their Brightspot bills.
