How Do I Register for Koodo Self Serve?
You can register for Koodo Self Serve with both monthly and prepaid plans once you activate your phone.
Monthly customers
You can register for Self Serve in just a couple of minutes. Once you activate or renew your Koodo cell phone, you’ll receive an email to set up your account. Then follow these steps:
- Open the email from Koodo
- Click the link
- Enter your phone number
- Create a password
- Select a security question
- Now you can access Self Serve
You can also set up Self Serve on your own without an email. Simply go to Koodo’s Self Serve login screen and click “Register now.” You will see the Koodo Assist chat pop up on the side, which you can then use to get registered.
Prepaid customers
If you activate your Koodo prepaid phone in person at a store, you can register for Self Serve with your email address and your Koodo Prepaid phone number. You will receive a 4-digit code to your phone, which you can use to validate your number. Enter this code to continue registering.
On the other hand, if you activate your Koodo phone online, you’re automatically registered for Prepaid Self Serve. You can log in to your account using the email and password used to activate your cell phone.
