If you have an iPhone and need to configure the correct APN settings for Bell Mobility, simply follow the instructions below to manually configure the correct settings.
- Follow the instructions in your user guide to install a Bell SIM card into your phone. Visit the Bell Mobility device support page and select your phone model to see your user guide.
- Turn the device on
- Next, tap the setting icon on your phone
- Select “General”
- Select “Network”
- Select “Cellular Data Network”
- In the Cellular Data box, tap APN and enter: pda2.bell.ca (make sure you leave the username and password empty)
- In the MMS box:
- Tap APN and enter: pda2.bell.ca
- Leave the Username and Password blank
- Select MMSC and enter: http://mms.bell.ca/mms/wapenc
- Select MMS Proxy and enter: web.wireless.bell.ca:80
- Leave the MMS Max Message Size and MMS UA Prof URL blank
- Select the Home button to return to the Home Screen.
If you ever insert a different carrier SIM card or reset your device, you’ll need to reconfigure the APN settings above.
