Chatr offers customers a local talk zone option, which is available on the $20/month Unlimited Local Talk plan only, allows customers to make calls to friends and family within their specific talk zone. Customers making calls outside of their talk zone will still be able to make and receive phone calls. However, Chatr will charge you rates for talking outside of the zone. These rates are pay per use rates and will be applied to the next month’s bill. If you are planning on making calls to areas outside of your zone, be sure to add extra money to your account.
