You will be charged $60 activation fee when you activate a new, used, or unlocked wireless device on any Postpaid rate plan or noSTRINGS Prepaid plan on the SaskTel network.

Network Coverage

SaskTel has the largest and fastest network in Saskatchewan: they offer 4G LTE in more Saskatchewan communities than any other provider. When outside of the 4G LTE coverage, you'll automatically switch to the 4G wireless network, which covers 99% of Saskatchewan's population. 

Sasktel has now rolled out the LTE Advanced network for faster speeds (up to 2.5x faster) in select areas. A compatible device is required in order to connect to the LTE-A network.
