J.D. Power's 2021 wireless customer care study ranked customer satisfaction among all Canadian carriers, with Rogers coming in eighth with a score of 728, over 20 points below the industry average. That position is significantly behind Telus, who finished fourth with a score of 766, but on the level with Bell, who also received a score of 728.
Rogers's 4G LTE wireless network reaches over 97% of Canadians while the carrier's rapidly expanding 5G network reaches 70% of the population. Rogers internet plans, meanwhile, are available in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Ontario.
Rogers offers numerous postpaid and prepaid phone plans at 5G and 4G. Nearly all of their plans include unlimited talk and text.
